Robotics Team Trip to Olympia

On January 18, 2008, the Issaquah
Robotics Team went to Olympia to present to the Washington State House of
Representatives Education Committee. The team explained the
FIRST Robotics competition
and how it benefits students by promoting excitement about math, science, and
engineering. They, along with FIRST president Paul Gudonis, asked the committee to
consider funding robotics teams at high schools across the state.
